Diana Hoag, Esq.

Ms. Diana Hoag is an Associate Attorney who has dedicated her legal career to public service. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hoag served as a Deputy Public Defender with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office for nearly three years, where she gained extensive litigation experience representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters from misdemeanors to felonies. In her first year of practice, she carried nearly a dozen jury trials to verdict. This background has equipped Ms. Hoag with a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and client-centered representation, which now informs and strengthens her work in navigating the complexities of conservatorships and advocating for individuals with special needs.

Ms. Hoag is deeply passionate about serving vulnerable communities and is committed to helping families navigate complex legal systems to find estate planning solutions that best meet their needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, clarity, and a dedication to long-term client well-being.

Outside of work, Ms. Hoag enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing tennis, and hiking. They are also an avid traveler who values experiencing new cultures and perspectives.
